Job Description
  • Attend to inquiries via phone, email or walk-in appointments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to reach monthly sales target.
  • Establish database of potential customers.
  • Analyze sales statistics and monitor the preferences of customers to increase sales performance.
  • Follow up on the entire sales procedure.
  • Undertake administrative tasks relating to student recruitment such as update database, follow-up with enquiries, payment status, etc.,
  • Promote and build awareness of the school to public by participating in networking and social events.
  • Collect information and analyze competitors in terms of consultation and development of customers.
  • Support marketing and promotion activities.
  • Liaise with Academic unit to arrange class schedules and teachers’ timetables
  • Make monthly sales report to Sales & Marketing Manager.
Requirements
  • Vietnamese nationality.
  • The drive and motivation to meet sales targets.
  • A degree holder with at least one year of experience in consulting/sales.
  • Good spoken and written English is a must.
  • Ability to do the consultancy about Vietnamese courses for foreigners.
  • Customer serviced and result oriented, out-going and open-minded with positive can-do attitude.
  • At least 1- 2 years experience (educational service is preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Job Description

Customer service tasks:

  • Manage relationships with existing customers through implementing the customer process to meet the highest satisfaction of all students.   
  • Build and maintain customer loyalty programs through different activities to ensure excellent customer services: Field trips, students’ activities…
  • Promote and build awareness of the school to the public by introducing all marketing events to the students. 
  • Quickly provide appropriate solutions to customers’ complaints.
  • Collect tuition fee and follow students’ payment status.
  • Manage and push monthly re-enrollment rates. 
  • Monthly re-enrollment targets will be set and required to be reached next year.
  • Work with other departments to ensure the high quality of service.

Administrative tasks:

  • Undertake administrative tasks relating to student recruitment such as update database, follow-up with enquiries, prepare study kit for students, …
  • Liaise with the Academic unit to arrange class schedules and teachers’ timetables.
  • Take care of the studying environment such as the tidiness, comfort of the classrooms and the office.
  • Manage and provide office stationery for staff and teachers.

Report line: Making plans and reports weekly and monthly to Team Consultant Manager and COO

Job Title

Vietnamese Language Instructor

Responsibilities
  • Complete the Vietnamese Language and Culture Teachers Training Program
  • Plan, prepare and deliver on-campus (District 1, 2 and 7 Campus), off-campus and online Vietnamese lessons to individual students or groups of students
  • Develop and use a variety of learning activities and assignments based on student’s proficiency levels, needs, goals and class curricula to help students improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills through a dynamic, engaging, interactive and effective learning environment
  • Provide students all the assistance needed to ensure a learning progress and facilitate an overall welcoming learning and social environment
  • Accurately evaluate students’ performances and compose relevant progress reports to communicate information to the relevant parties
  • Participate in periodic training and development programs to stay up to date with industry specific skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate daily operational responsibilities, including but not limited to recruiting new students, scheduling lessons, promoting schoolwide activities, providing excellent customer services, adhering to classroom policies, etc.
  • Adherence to established work procedures and the responsibilities undertaken by instructors is imperative to ensure the delivery of optimal service quality for clients and the efficient coordination of efforts throughout the VLS system.
Requirements
  • Vietnamese nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree(s) or higher
  • Excellent Vietnamese listening, speaking, reading and listening skills
  • Good understanding of and appreciation for Vietnamese language, culture and traditions
  • Drive and motivation to teach Vietnamese and work with international students
  • Proficient in English and preferably in Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
  • Willing to commute to and between different class locations within Ho Chi Minh City
  • Ability to lead an interactive and spontaneous classroom

Duties Areas & Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation, conceptualization, and presentation of communication activities and

Ứng viên là ai?

Là người Việt Nam từ 22 đến 45 tuổi, tốt nghiệp đại học, không giới hạn ngành học và nghiệm làm việc.

  • Yêu thích việc giảng dạy và làm việc với người nước ngoài
  • Định hướng đây là một công việc nghiêm túc, lâu dài
  • Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh. Ứng viên biết thêm tiếng Hàn, Nhật, Trung là một lợi thế.
Địa điểm làm việc?

Hiện tại, do nhu cầu bổ sung đội ngũ giáo viên cho khu vực quận 7, VLS sẽ ưu tiên tuyển ứng viên có thể dạy ở khu vực quận 7, 4, 8. Ứng viên cộng tác ở những khu vực khác có thể tham gia ứng tuyển và được xem xét nếu phù hợp.

Toàn thời gian: ứng viên cộng tác với số giờ dạy nhiều nhất có thể

Bán thời gian: ứng viên cộng tác với số giờ dạy tối thiểu 40 giờ/tháng
