Customer Service Executive

1. Job description:
1.1. Customer service tasks:
 Manage relationships with existing customers through implementing the customer
process to meet the highest satisfaction of all students.
 Build and maintain customer loyalty programs through different activities to ensure
excellent customer services: Field trips, students’ activities…
 Promote and build awareness of the school to public by introducing all marketing
events to the students.
 Quickly provide appropriate solutions to customers’ complaints.
 Collect tuition fee and follow students’ payment status.
 Ensure the re-enrollment targets and high quality of customer service.
1.2. Administrative tasks:
 Undertake administrative tasks relating to student recruitment such as update database,
follow-up with enquires, prepare study kit for students, …
 Liaise with Academic unit to arrange class schedules and teachers’ timetables.
 Take care of the studying environment such as the tidiness, comfort of the classrooms.
1.3. Other tasks: to be assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager
1.4. Report line: Making plans and reports weekly and monthly to Sales & Marketing
2. Requirements:
 Vietnamese nationality.
 A degree holder with at least one year of experience in Sales Admin/Customer services
(educational service is preferred).
 Excellent communication skill in English is a must.
 Thoughtful, caring, result oriented, out-going and open-minded with can-do attitude.
 The drive and motivation to meet targets.
 Experience in database management and office document handling.
 Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Computer literacy in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
