With all the excitement, each and every student shared their own thoughts and feelings about their learning Vietnamese journey at VLS which has given them the opportunity to know more about Vietnam’s culture as well as travel around Vietnam.

Laura made everyone feel impressed about her trip in Vietnam and her dream of becoming a nurse at hospital as well as the joy of being a part of learning Vietnamese class at VLS.
Emma showed her sadness when she has to finish her Vietnamese course and expressed strong desire to come back to Vietnam to travel with her family.
Taylor said that she will miss all the time that she’s spent in Vietnam. She shared with everyone that she dislike the Áo dài she was wearing. However, to everyone else, it looked really well on her.
Leah Phan felt sorry for not traveling more around Vietnam and her dream of changing the environment of Vietnam for a better place to live.
Le Phuong Nguyen talked about the topic “depression” in which she showed all the hope for Vietnam people to know more about this issue.

Their teachers at VLS were really proud with all of their presentations and with how much knowledge and understanding of Vietnamese language and culture the students have gained during their short time in Vietnam. This is a huge encouragement for VLS to keep on the job of bringing Vietnamese and Vietnam’s culture to all the international friends.
